Relata is an early stage startup with a ridiculously clever product.
But their ‘before’ was full of jargon: “leverage advanced relationship data to drive revenue” and “delivering next-generation insights.”
They didn’t say who the product was for. What it did. Why anyone would care about it.
So we ripped up the old and started again. After some strategic story development, it’s now obvious who Relata helps (relationship-driven sales teams) and why the status quo isn’t cutting it for these people anymore.
